and so I return from my 5 day journey in Bangkok. It was really hot there and I think the shopping experience there is overrated. I found the night markets at Chiang Mai to be much better. Despite that, there were several memorable experiences.



1. AIRBORNE! ok fine.. parachuting (yes that is me in the picture)

2. River cruise along the Chao Praya River.

3. And what I felt was the really memorable (even though it took a grand total of about 7 hours just to travel to and from there) was getting to visit the famous Bridge Over The River Kwai




















And surprisingly, I didn't buy that much stuff. Just a polo, a pair of shorts, peppermint essential oil, snacks, a few bars of honey soap and an adidas running shirt that I wanted to buy for damn long. Its like half the price over there. And if you are thinking that it must be fake, please note it it was bought from an adidas boutique and lest you forget, I am able to take the fakes from the originals cause I WORKED AT ADIDAS BEFORE! :)
